Tonight I'm meeting my friend Robin and a friend from Europe who is visiting. But I didn't know she was coming out dressed. Surprise. It's her first time dressed in the US and I give her a lot of credit for doing it out of her country.

She only stayed for about 90 minutes, then had to get back to the hotel. She was running in the NYC Marathon the next morning.

She missed a very good time tonight. Usually things don't heat-up until after midnight. After East of 8th, we headed to Kenny's Castaway, the Village Lantern and then Beauty Bar that night. I think Robin and I closed the place down.

Kenny's Castaway was full with NYU students tonight who are there to listen to a few live music acts from NYU. We stayed for only one set. The music wasn't that good. So off to the Village Lantern which has live music as well. But better than KC's band. Later on we headed over to the Beauty Bar to listen the DJ spin 60-today's hits. Dance floor here was packed tonight.
