If you look behind me, which means you'll have to disregard the white stockings and the dress being pulled up you might be able to see the height of the water. It was about a foot below the bridge. Luckily it didn't crest over the banks of the river.

I'm also wearing a vintage pantygirdle. I'm guessing that it's from the 1940-50's. It's a cool piece of foundation wear.
